Treatments may vary depending on your chosen location. Treatments available include aromatherapy body massages, manicures and pedicures, facials, hydrotherapy sessions and shoulder and back massages. The day also includes full use of the spa's facilities such as pools, saunas, relaxation areas and depending on the spa, the gymnasium and all fitness classes. The package even includes a lavish lunch, truly a perfect all inclusive day of pampering. Programmes, treatments and facilities vary depending on the location. You will also have the opportunity to take a friend and/or book further treatments for an additional cost. Please enquire at time of booking. You will need to advise of any particular problems on arrival e.g. medical history that may restrict you from participating in treatments. All guests are advised that if you suffer with or have suffered with a predetermined health condition in the past, a note from your GP will be required indicating that you’re in a satisfactory state of general health to have treatments. Failure to produce this document will result in the therapist being unable to carry out any treatments. Please note the Shropshire location is a new spa that will open in July 2008.

Some treatments are not advisable for pregnant women and if you have any specific health conditions that may restrict which treatments you can participate in, you should check before booking. You may be asked to fill in a medical declaration form. You do not need any experience to enjoy this relaxing treat.
