On arrival you're greeted by staff who will seat you in the magnificent Palm Court Restaurant which was restored to its former glory in 1997.

You will be served a selection of finger sandwiches, delicious scones with clotted cream and seasonal preserves, a selection of fine French pastries and choice of exquisite teas from around the globe. The experienced staff will cater to your every need, ensuring this is an experience to remember. An experience you could really get used to.

When can you go?
This experience is available Monday to Sunday, throughout the year, between 3pm to 6pm (subject to availability).

How long does the activity last?
Your experience will generally last for one hour.

What you need to know
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. There are no fitness restrictions for this activity. You don’t require any qualifications to enjoy this experience.

You and how many others?
This experience is for you and a friend only, however others will be using the restaurant at the time of your visit.

Family and friends
Unfortunately, you cannot bring spectators to watch you.

We cant control the weather
Do not worry, this activity isn’t dependent on weather conditions
