• Please do not include accents or any special symbols as the printing process will not allow them

• Card is delivered to you in a brown outer envelope, which includes a plain white envelope inside
• Standard UK Delivery - dispatched and made within 3 working days (plus 2-4 days to be delivered)
• Next day UK delivery is not available for this product but it can be sent on an express UK delivery. Which means it takes 1-3 working days to make; it's then delivered the next working day. Please note for express UK delivery, select 'UK Next day delivery' from the delivery options in the basket or checkout
• Unfortunately Before 9am Delivery are not available for this product
• Saturday UK delivery is available (if ordered before 12pm on Friday) PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be dispatched to our supplier, and will then take 1 to 3 working days to be made. It will then be delivered the next available Saturday (before 1pm)
• All orders placed before 12pm (working week) will be dispatched to our supplier the same day.  Orders placed after this time, will be sent out for production the next working day
