colours are nicei chose this site oveer the others because of the pleasant colour scheme - rebecca frederick Hello I would just like to say that I am particularly impressed with the customer message pad facility in the member account area it makes it much easier to be able to contact customer services. Most companies make it seem like they do not want you to contact their customer services as it is all but impossible to find a number or email address so the customer message pad is a refreshing change and instills confidence in the customer when buyng items thank you.I also like the wishlist facility and that you are able to make notes against the items in the wishlist. One thing I did notice though was that the item cost does not update in the wishlist when an item is reduced in price. I think it would be better if it did and also you notified the customer by email that one of the items on their wishlists has been reduced in price I think it would make for more sales. - R H DODSON Just wanted you to know how pleased I am about finding your website.
