Instructions for heating the Cat Hot Hugs: Microwave – Remove tummy pouch from Cat Hot Hugs. Before heating, place a small cup of cold water inside the microwave. Heat in microwave for 2 ½ minutes (up to 500 watts), 2 minutes (500-750 watts) or 1 ½ minutes (over 750 watts). Please make sure the tummy pouch is able to rotate freely. Please take care when testing temperatures Oven – Remove tummy pouch and wrap in kitchen foil. Heat the tummy pouch in an electric oven at 175 or 325 Degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, ensuring you rotate it regularly
