Your day includes a Champneys body massage with a relaxing facial, manicure, pedicure, use of all facilities, exercise and relaxation programmes including a tasty buffet lunch. Additional treatments can be booked prior to visit - the health spa will send you details. All treatments are approximately 25 minutes.

How long does the activity last?
You can spend up to 8 hours at the venue.

What you need to know
The minimum age is 16 years. Some treatments are not advisable for pregnant women and if you have any specific health conditions that may restrict which treatments you can participate in, you should check before booking. You may be asked to fill in a medical declaration form. There are no qualifications or requirements for this activity.
