In order to obtain the highest degree of accuracy possible, Lucas film agreed to allow Master Replicas to cast their own patterns from the actual moulds used to create the original film helmet! About the Darth Vader Helmet

The Darth Vader Helmet is recreated in fiberglass for durability and features several coats of primer and several coats of high-gloss black enamel. It is a limited edition piece and comes on a specially made display stand with a numbered metal plaque.
