I cannot get into the usb update mode. Can you help?

You need to use the software supplied - or download a new copy from this page. The digiframe doesn't work as a USB drive, you need to update it using the application.

Is it Mac compatible?

Not currently, but we're working on it.

I get an error message when I start the software after successful installation - "No Photo Viewer is found. Program termined".

When you connect the frame it will give you 2 options: USB charge or USB update. Select USB Update. After a couple of seconds, you should be able to launch the application.

Digital Photo Frame Fridge Magnet

I bought this for my twelve year old god daughter, and I'm very pleased with the way it looks, particularly that it can be attached on the fridge or any metal surface. If she doesn't like it I'll willingly take it off her hands! One word of caution: Unlike most devices like an ipod, mobile phone etc, your computer will not automatically recognise the device when plugged into the USB port. You MUST set the device to USB update, and then fix it by pressing the 'M' button when it as attached to your computer, otherwise the software will not recognise the device, and you'll think its faulty (which is what I thought.). It would have helped if I had read the instructions properly - DOH! - Sean, London
