It is used to assess and enhance the functioning of the craniosacral system. The practitioner is able to "listen" with their hands to what is called the cranial rhythmic impulse, which runs throughout our bodies. They then very gently move the bones of the skull in order to remove restrictions in the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, relieving stress, decreasing pain, and enhancing the body's overall health or Reflexology; Reflexology uses the stimulation of reflex points on the soles of the feet to release toxins and energy blockages within the body. It can prove to be exceptionally accurate in pinpointing any problem areas and is a deeply relaxing treatment for the whole body, not just the feet or Usui Reiki; Reiki is an ancient form of healing whereby the practitioner transfers energy to the client. It is a powerful form of healing that is non-intrusive, and non-manipulative. You will spend approximately 2 hours at the venue.

What you need to know
You must be at least 16 years. Floating is recommended in the 2nd & 3rd trimester of pregnancy, however you should still consult your doctor. It is advisable to avoid shaving or waxing close to your float session as the salt may cause a stinging sensation. None.
