Love this site gifts for everyone my christmas shopping is being done here!!! - Alan Lowry I recently got one of your emails offering pound10 off if I spent over pound20. As this is a really good offer I planned to purchase some items from the website but unfortunately as the email had automatically been assigned to my junk email account the message was automatically delted after 2 days and I was unable to access the offer code. When I left a message on your notepad asking if there was anyway I could still use this offer I received a really quick response advising that it was impossible to resend the email as it was computer generated but rather than just say tough luck I was given 5000 loyalty points to make up for the fact I could not use the offer.
