Antony will give you a warm welcome to his restaurant. With his typical flair and good humour, he will demonstrate a complete menu from a selection of ideas. This will be a wonderful chance to pick up some magnificent recipes and to learn from a true professional how to create delicious food with the minimum of fuss. Then you will have a delicious lunch (one glass of wine is included) with Antony talking you through the menu. You will given copies of the recipes to take home, so you can try cooking them for yourself.
