Thunderous noise, churning water, rapids all around you. Some serious teamwork is required to get you through it all. This is the unbelievable thrill and excitement of this all action high-adrenalin sport.
The session begins with a detailed briefing and tuition on paddling technique. Then in groups of 8 and with your qualified instructor, you will travel in a three metre inflatable raft down river.
This is an activity of sheer excitement - you will love it, although you are bound to get rather wet!

March to November for manmade (Nottingham, Northampton & Cleveland)
October to March for the natural. (Perthshire & Gwynedd)
Booking Lead Time: 8 weeks.
Duration: 2 hours.
Minimum age: 18.
Restrictions: You should be reasonably agile and a confident swimmer
Weather Dependent: Yes. If weather or water conditions are unsuitable, your session will be rebooked for another day.
Spectators Allowed: Yes.
Clothing: Wear warm comfortable clothing and footwear. Bring towel and change of clothing.
Supplier Provides: Wetsuits, Helmets and safety equipment.

Please note that due to the nature of this gift our guaranteed next working day delivery cut off time is 11.00am on a normal working day (Mon-Fri). If you select next working day option on an activity placed after 11.00 it is guaranteed to arrive within two days. However, all guaranteed next day deliveries will arrive before 12.00 noon and they will require a signature. Unfortunatley Gift Wrapping is not available if you select next working day delivery. If Gift Wrapping is selected on the standard delivery option it may take upto 5 working days to arrive.
