The session begins with a detailed briefing and tuition on paddling technique. Then in groups of 8 and with your qualified instructor, you will travel in a three metre inflatable raft down river.
This is an activity of sheer buzz - you will love it, although you’re bound to get rather wet.

Availability:-
March to November for manmade (Nottingham, Northampton)
October to March for the natural. (Perthshire & Gwynedd)
Booking Lead Time: 8 weeks.
Duration: 2 hours.
Minimum age: 18.
Restrictions: You should be reasonably agile and a confident swimmer
Weather Dependent: Yes. If weather or water conditions are unsuitable, your session will be rebooked for another day.
Spectators Allowed: Yes.
Clothing: Wear warm comfortable clothing and footwear. Bring towel and change of clothing.
Supplier Provides: Wetsuits, Helmets and safety equipment.
