| Product order straight after Christmas and arrived very quickly. I was kept informed of order status at every stage. Cup is a great novelty item (I''ve ordered 3 for avid photographers), the rubber coating stops scalding. The base is a little narrow so the cup feels a little unstable. The lid keeps the drink hot, but would be better if it was click fit, rather than a drop-in. |

| Bought as an Xmas present for a keen photographer. Good sized mug and was well received gift. The only thing I would say negatively is that perhaps the base of the mug is a bit narrow, so think it could be easy to knock it over. Other than that, a great novelty gift. |

| Looks brilliant for those on the go, just one criticism the top does not screw on so won''t be able to leave any drink inside if you need to put in your bag on route. Looks just like the real thing though so just make sure you drink up. |

| I bought this mug for my geeky boyfriend''s 18th b-day and when he opened it i realized that the lid didn''t screw on or snap on. It is just sits on top.
