Sparkling Wine Tasting Notes

We have selected a NV Brut Cava from Codorniu, one of the leading and most respected producers. A classic dry sparkling wine using the 3 traditional and indigenous grape varieties Parellada, Xarel-Lo and Macabeo using a blend first perfected in 1872. The Traditional Method is used with bottle fermentation and the wine is aged on the "lees" for at least 9 months . Fresh fruity and balanced with a dry finish.

Our labels are printed using the highest quality waterproof inks and water resistant paper and are highly resistant to scratching.

• All Newspapers sent will be a genuine original and complete newspaper (not a copy) from the date you select (Sunday dates not available, please choose the day before or the day after). Each newspaper comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
• Papers from 1991 are larger and will not always fit in the gift pack. If the paper is too large we will send your wine or spirit in a single silk lined gift box and the paper in a light blue gift box.

• Next day UK delivery is not available for this product but it can be sent on an Express UK service which is available at a charge of £16.50. This means it takes 2-3 working days to make, then it is delivered the next working day. • Saturday or before 9am delivery is not available.
• Unfortunately we can only deliver this item to the UK mainland.
