Got a friend who's always dreamt of greatness, or a relative who's never missed an episode of Monarch of the Glen? Why not buy a lordship for them, and set them off on their very own highland adventure. The Kincavel Estate in Scotland make it easy to become a lady or laird by offering lord titles for sale that are 100% genuine. You can even pass it on to your children! Become a lady or lord of Kincavel today and your family's place among the elite will be secured for generations!
It might not be possible to become a Lord or Lady of Glenbogle (largely because it doesn't exist), but who cares when you can become a Laird of Kincavel! How much cooler does that sound? The Become a Laird And Lady Gift Set is 100% official. You'll be the very proud owner of a small patch of land on the Kincavel Estate which legally earns you the title of Laird (the Scottish name of a Lord) and/or Lady. You can even visit your land if you wish. In fact once you've become a lady or laird there's probably loads of things you can do that the rest of us don't know about. So why not buy a lordship today and see how many doors it opens for you.
Frequently asked questions?
Where do I fill in the name of the person?
Inside the gift pack you will receive a registration card that you will need to complete to become a laird and/or lady. Simply fill in the name(s) of the person/people you would like registered, the delivery details for the title deed and then send it off to be registered.
Is the land really mine?
Yes. This is completely genuine and legal. The original title documents have been drawn up by a lawyer to ensure that it is a legal and valid document.
Can I build on it?
No. Whilst the land is yours, it is to be left in its natural state in order to preserve the local countryside and wildlife.
Can the land and title be inherited?
Yes. Both the land and the title can be passed on by informing MoonEstates.com of the changes.
Am I now a member of the aristocracy?
No, it is virtually impossible to buy a British aristocratic title; ownership of the land does however allow you to use the title 'Laird of Kincavel'.
Can I visit the land?
Yes. The land is in a remote location in Scotland which has been left in its natural state. In order to preserve the natural landscape please note that there are no facilities on site and no signs to the land.
