| The original glass that I ordered was delivered by Royal Mail and arrived smashed. I was really worried as my friends birthday was a few days away. I called and a replacement glass was made for me and sent out the next day. It arrived in plenty of time. My friend loved her present and I ended up ordering one for myself.Really good service and excellent product. |
