During your day you'll have full use of the spa facilities including unlimited use of the relaxation room, pools, whirlpool spas, bubble jets, steam and sauna rooms!

You can enjoy a personalised health and beauty consultation, beauty workshops, exercise classes and lunch in the spa to the value of £10.00. Also included are two treatments with four options to choose from including: Option 1 Back, neck and shoulder massage E’spa soothing and nourishing eye treatment Option 2 Hydrotherapy bath Back, neck and shoulder massage Option 3 E’spa body polish Express mini facial Option 4 Dry floatation Back, neck and shoulder massage All guests are advised that if you suffer with or have suffered with a predetermined health condition in the past, a note from your GP will be required indicating that you’re in a satisfactory state of general health to have treatments. Failure to produce this document will result in the therapist being unable to carry out any treatments.

This is a full day of pure indulgence!.

What you need to know
You must be at least 16 years old to participate in this activity. If pregnant please check with a therapist first. Please advise of any particular problems on arrival e.g. medical history that may restrict you from participating in treatments. You do not need any experience to enjoy this relaxing treat.

You and how many others?
All treatments are on a one to one basis.
