After your choice from a range of relaxing treatments you'll feel totally renewed and ready to face the world again. A wonderful opportunity to kick-start a new fitter you or just to have a luxurious treatment in a relaxing setting. Your day includes a treatment each from the choice of a manicure, pedicure, facial or shoulder massage.

Each treatment is around 30 minutes with your day including full use of all facilities including a sauna, pool, gymnasium and various fitness classes. But that's not all, also included is spot of lunch in the form of a buffet lunch for you both. Feel free to purchase any further treatments at the time of booking. You will need to advise of any particular problems on arrival e.g. medical history that may restrict you from participating in treatments. All guests are advised that if you suffer with or have suffered with a predetermined health condition in the past, a note from your GP will be required indicating that you’re in a satisfactory state of general health to have treatments. Failure to produce this document will result in the therapist being unable to carry out any treatments.

What you need to know
The minimum age is 18 years. Some treatments are not advisable for pregnant women and if you have any specific health conditions that may restrict which treatments you can participate in, you should check before booking. You may be asked to fill in a medical declaration form. You do not need any experience to enjoy this relaxing treat.

You and how many others?
Treatments will be on a one-to-one basis, however other people will be using the spa facilities.
