Hopi ear candling can help with a variety of ear, nose and throat issues including build up of wax, ringing in the ears, sinusitis, rhinitis (including from hay fever and other allergies), earache and irritation of the ears including tinnitus (ringing in the ears). It can also help sufferers of sore throats, headaches and migraines. A specially designed candle is inserted into the ear and allowed to burn down, drawing out excess wax and other impurities, helping to relieve symptoms and leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

Suitable for adults and children from the age of 5 years. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect you taking part in this activity. A health check will be required which may result in the centre requesting a medical certificate. There are no qualifications or experience required.
