Personal Trainer - 1 Session Experience

In this fantastic session you will be put through your paces by a top TV personal trainer, Keith Turner. His friendly approach to fitness and passion for results has seen Keith become one of the hottest properties in both the media and fitness industries. Situated in state of the art facilities, your workout will last between 45 - 60 minutes and is split into four zones. You will start with a warm up involving a light cardio workout to raise the heart beat, moving on to a cardio work out.

This is where the fun really begins with a range of step, kickbox-fit and medicine ball workouts. The third session is a body tone workout where you will be shown the ultimate sculpting exercises using only your body's own resistance. Finally you will cool down to bring your heart rate back to normal.

When can you go?
This experience is available on Monday and Fridays only, throughout the year.

How long does the activity last?
Your session will last 45 to 60 minutes.

What you need to know
The minimum age is 18 years old. All fitness levels can be catered for. You don’t require any qualifications.

You and how many others?
Your session will be one a one-to-one basis with Keith.

Family and friends
Unfortunately, you cannot bring spectators to watch.

We cannot control the weather
Do not worry, this activity isn’t dependent on weather conditions
