Your session will last approximately 1½ hours.

What you need to know
The minimum age for this activity is 18 years old.
You'll need to be fairly fit as pole dancing is a great workout! This activity isn’t recommended for women with back problems, if you have had a recent injury or operation, or if you’re pregnant.
This is an adult experience for females only. No qualifications or experience are needed for this activity.

This is for a voucher entitling the holder to any of the activities supplied by Activity Superstore up to the value stated.
