About the Pole Dancing Experience

When can you go?
This experience is available on selected Saturdays, throughout the year.

How long does the activity last?
Your session will last approximately 1½ hours.

What you need to know
The minimum age for this activity is 18 years old. You'll need to be fairly fit as pole dancing is a great workout! This activity isn’t recommended for women with back problems, if you have had a recent injury or operation, or if you’re pregnant. This is an adult experience for females only. No qualifications or experience are needed for this activity.

You and how many others?
There will be a max of 10 others in your group enjoying the experience.

Family and friends
Unfortunately you cannot bring spectators to watch.

We cant control the weather
Do not worry, this activity isn’t dependent on weather conditions
