Ideal if you have back problems or just want to remain undisturbed throughout or a Indian head massage where you will be fully clothed and seated, a variety of movements are used over the neck, shoulder and head including gentle stroking and pressure points to help relieve stress, tension and fatigue. You could also choose a Thai massage where a therapist uses their hands, feet and body to apply acupressure, stretching and yoga techniques to improve your body’s natural energy flow and healing process (no oil is used but you would need loose clothing for this massage). Or a Pregnancy massage is also available which is a gentle soothing massage to help alleviate pain and discomfort , relax the mind and improve circulation.

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in this activity. Please inform us of any skin allergies or medical conditions that may affect you taking part in this activity. A health check will be required which may result in the centre requesting a medical certificate. There are no qualifications or experience required.
