Used the site for the first time recently. Good range of products and good prices. The item I wanted a vinyl record mount... hellishly expensive elsewhere but a real bargain on this sitewas unfortunately out of stock but I quickly and easily ticked the box to be informed by email when it was back in stock. Sure enough within a few days an email popped into my inbox with the good news. Immediately went onto the site to order it and initially had a problem checking out. Not to worry... theres a really great support chat feature where you can chat live to a support operator. The guy I chatted with called Anthony and after a brief explanation of the problem Id experienced he quickly dealt with the issue and I was able to checkout successfully. It was really nice to be able to communicate with a human being to solve the problem... all too often one feels a little disconnected when purchasing online. 10 out of 10 for service.
