You'll be seated behind your instructor, taxi out to the runway and then take to the skies for a flight of pure nostalgia. During the flight you'll have the chance to take the controls; cruise at speeds of around 80 knots (just over 80 miles per hour).

All About The Tiger Moth Flying Lesson - 40 Minutes Flying Experience

When can you go?
This experience runs on selected Wednesday to Sunday dates, all year but mainly April to September.

How long does the activity last?
Your flight will last around 40 minutes but you'll be at the activity centre for around 1 hour.

What you need to know
To participate in this activity you must be at least 14 years old. The maximum weight is 114kg (18 stone), the maximum height is 1.93m (6ft 4). You must be fit without no heart problems, agile as embarking and disembarking is difficult and requires flexibility. This may not be suitable for pregnant women. No previous experience or qualifications are required to take part in this activity.

You're welcome to bring family and friends along to watch you take to the sky.
