What days are the tours held on & do I need to pre-book?

Tours run regularly throughout the year. Contact Glenfarclas directly for more details. It is vital you pre-book your tour with Glenfarclas Distillery well in advance to avoid disappointment. Don't forget to take your Privilege card with you. Due to licensing laws you must book in advance in order to be eligible for the tasting session

How many people can go on the tour?

Tour is valid for two people. Additional guests will be charged. Children can go on the tour, but must be accompanied by an adult. You must be 18 and over to take part in the tasting session (proof of age may be required)

What do I get on my tour?

You get to learn about whisky production and the unique aspects of Glenfarclas. Tour includes free entry to visitors centre, tour of production facility (led by a knowledgeable guide), tasting session and time to relax with a dram in the Ship's Room. You also get 10% discount at the distillery shop. Please be aware that Glenfarclas is a working distillery, therefore some areas at certain times may be closed due to ongoing production.
