Unbelievable delivery time and quality of product from my Christmas Order. Excellent thank you. Just placed another order. Only disatisfaction is with the bonus discount applied an order just over £100 reduces to the point where I pay postage and packaging, not a great incentive to use the bonuses if you are not ordering in large bulk quantities, used your £5 bonus and saved the %bonus for...probably Christmas? I would prefer to have a range of bonuses for loyalty, so if I buy a few items regularly as well as the bulk purchase there is another incentive to do so. With birthdays in mind I often like to buy 1 or 2 new gadgets which may not exceed your current £100 free postage. Nit Picky I know, but an observation and comment as requested. I have just discovered your site and found it useful and full of 'fun & different' gifts. I am always looking for new websites for sending original gifts to my friends and family as I live in France and ordering online is easier.
Why did you choose orange font on a blue background ? I found it a little offputting. Also, I would like to see an option for wrapping several items together, rather than each individually wrapped i.e. I bought my mum 4 items and it would have been nice if they could have been shipped in a special decorated 'gift box' rather than a brown cardboard box. I tend to do this a lot ( order several small gifts for one person ) and this would be a nice way to ship a present - and cheaper than individually wrapping many gifts. You could always go down an 'environmentally friendly' gift packaging route - less use of wrapping paper and box made from recycled materials ? the site seems very well made, links open on the same page in every browser i have used and thats allways nice. navigation is extremely simple and all contact and delivery information is completely clear and easy to find. all web pages loaded up very quickly with no errors. Encountered a problem when trying to pay for items-when asked the issuing bank name, I had to entered my banks name 4 times before it would accept it-very confusing. Also the website might benefit from a new colour scheme as it is quite dark and dingy, could do with brightening up a bit, not necessarily white (as that is too boring), but brighter lighter colours to make the site more welcoming and cheerful. Now on to the good points, the range of gift ideas are excellant, there has to be something for everyone and for every budget. Products are arranged into very useful categories, although, sometimes when I was searching for womens gifts or something similar, I did come accross adult sex toys. I think there should be more care put into where these adult sex toys appear and perhaps it is worth while adding an only 18s part to the site. Overall I thought the service I had very good - just one thing could be improved - I bought the laser star projector as a birthday present for my son and had it giftwrapped and sent to his address. Service very good and arrived next day however he knew what it was before he opened it as it was accompanied by an invoice stating what it was and was also packaged in a box (outside the giftwrap) which said what it was.
