I just got one of these for my mother who suffers from headaches and migraines like myself. So far it seems like a hit and she was very impressed with the fact that it could reduce wrinkles. I wouldn't recommend it for migraines as the noise and vibration would certainly make you stir crazy, but as a relaxation tool and to get your circulation going in your face I would definitely recommend it.
